  • Which currency are the prices listed in?
    All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by default. All charges will be billed in SGD during checkout. We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards or PayPal.
  • What is your jewelry made of?
    Our jewelry is made of 100% Mexican sterling silver. Which is hypoallergenic, and nickel, lead and cadmium free (without toxic irritants). All of the materials will be listed under the item description.
  • Is Sterling Silver water resitant?
    Sterling Silver is water resistant, but we highly recommend removing your jewelry before you shower, sleep, swim, workout, or use cleaning chemicals. *Jewelry should be dried thoroughly after water contact. Contact with soap, lotions, perfumes and other chemicals may cause metal to dull or damage. Sunscreen is especially harsh on jewelry.
  • What makes Zahzil Jewelry skin friendly?
    All of our pieces are made in 925 Sterling Silver which is hypoallergenic, nickel, lead and cadmium free (without toxic irritants). The materials we use in our jewelry designs are chosen with sensitive skin in mind! We also use natural pearls and gemstones. Shop with confidence knowing that our pieces are safe for adults and children alike.
  • Will the jewelry tarnish?
    Silver is a soft precious metal and jewelry pieces will experience discoloring over time due to factors such as exposure to moisture, chemical, and air. Unfortunately, tarnish is an inevitable occurrence but you can take some precautionary measures to ensure your pieces last longer. This is true for all silver jewelry.
  • What is your processing time?
    We have a processing time of 2-4 business days, although it is usually on the shorter side. During holidays, our processing time will be increased due to the increased volume of orders.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We'll do our best to change your order if you message us within 24 hours. If you message us after, we can't guarantee that it'll be changed as it may have already been shipped out. We try to work on our orders as soon as they are in! You can cancel your order within the hour that it is placed. After that, it may already be in production, and we will not be able to cancel it. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, and delivery address.
  • What if my order is defective or incorrect?
    In case your order arrives wrong or incomplete, you should contact us through an email at and send your order confirmation with your order number so we can review your case and support you in the best way. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Every order is hand packaged with love and care! Each jewelry order comes with a complimentary gift pouch, ready for gift giving. We try to be as sustainable as possible, so we include one complimentary gift pouch per order. If you would like an additional pouch, you can purchase them for $5 SGD here: Extra Gift Pouch
  • Can I send an order to someone else?
    If you wish, you can send the order as a gift to another person by indicating their full address and name in the checkout process. Each jewelry order comes with a complimentary gift pouch perfect for gift giving. Orders don't come with receipts, so you won't have to worry about the recipient knowing the price!
