SHIPPING POLICY

 

Once you complete the purchase process on our website and payment has been verified, we will prepare your package for shipping, each of our pieces is packed and shipped with great care. 

 

Delivery time varies depending on the destination and type of shipment, it takes between 2-5 days approximately.
Orders requiring additional time will be shipped in 5-15 business days. We have the following shipping options available:

• The prices listed above are in Singapore Dollars (S$/SGD) . Prices subject to change without notice.

   

• Shipping is charged based on the subtotal presented after discounts are applied.

   

• Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a PO box as all packages require a signature upon delivery.

   

• Business days are Monday through Friday from 00:01 am to 11:59 pm. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

   

• Shipments depend on our parcel providers, who in some cases do not have express shipping to all locations, if this is the case of your order, a person from our customer service team will contact you to notify you and give you the option to change to regular shipping.
   

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier company, you can follow the route of your package by consulting the guide that we will send to your email.
   

• Once the package is picked up, the merchandise is the responsibility of the parcel provider, if you have doubts about the path of your package, you should contact them.
   

• ZH ZAHZIL is not responsible for unfortunate events such as theft or loss of the package during the transit of your order, the shipping company will be responsible for the problems or shipping situations, we will always do our best to provide the best service, tracking your shipment.
