We want to offer you the best service, that is why each of our pieces is packed and shipped with great care. If any of the pieces you have purchased through our online store arrives damaged or defective, you will have to make a return request within 24 hours of receiving the package.

To make the request send an email to with the following information:

  • Title: "Return/Damaged - Your full name".

  • Provide a contact phone number.

  • Attach your invoice (picture)

  • Describe the damage you found on the accessory(ies).

  • Attach photographs highlighting relevant details.

Jewelry can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Only by presenting the original product and packaging can the exchange be made valid (There will not be a second exchange). The costs associated with the exchange will always be charged to the buyer.



In all of the following cases, as long as it is not a defective customized product:

  • I have the wrong size and I would like to exchange it.

  • Manufacturing defect


You can exchange unused products in perfect condition within 7 days from the date of your purchase indicated on the invoice. It is required to present the invoice and the product with its original packaging. Discounted products are considered final sales and no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Important note: No returns, exchanges, or replacements are valid for customized items.

We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
