We offer a 1 month from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship, materials, or, workmanship under normal consumer use. Only by presenting the invoice, product, and original packaging can this warranty be valid.

 

To request a repair, contact us by sending an email with the following information:

1) Full name

2) Phone number

3) Description of the problem with a picture.

 

Once we receive the specified information, we will evaluate and send you the authorization along with return instructions. Please note that repair authorization is granted on a case-by-case basis and may not be granted if we determine that the damage occurred due to improper use. The repair takes between 4-6 weeks.

 

For products purchased within the last 30 days, the repair is free of charge. For purchases older than 30 days, the buyer must assume the cost of the repair which will be specified in the authorization email. All repairs are subject to shipping costs.
